Amway To Forge Multi-Year Marketing Alliance with City of Orlando and Orlando Magic
The arena in Orlando To Become Amway Arena
December 7, 2006 Orlando, FL – The arena in Orlando, home to the Orlando Magic (NBA), Orlando Predators (AFL), as well as other sporting and entertainment events, will become Amway Arena. The re-naming reflects a multi-year alliance formed by Amway, the City of Orlando and the Orlando Magic. The agreement will go before the Orlando City Council on Monday, December 11, 2006, for approval. Amway will also have an exclusive future negotiation period once the deal ends. Amway, founded in 1959 by Magic owner Rich DeVos and his best friend, Jay Van Andel, is one of the world's leading direct-selling companies. It is the largest operating unit of parent company Alticor Inc. Amway operates in more than 50 countries around the world, bringing business opportunities to more than 2 million people. "We're excited to forge this partnership with the Magic and the city of Orlando," said Alticor Chairman Steve Van Andel. "The NBA is one of the most popular sports leagues in the world, and this partnership will build pride in our business around the world." Said Alticor president Doug DeVos: "We are delighted to have the chance to work closely with the Magic and the city of Orlando. We're especially excited to have the chance to align the charitable efforts of our One By One Campaign for Children with some of the great things that the Magic are doing in the community." Besides Amway, Alticor is also the parent company of North American e-commerce leader Quixtar Inc, business services provide Access Business Group, and a number of other ventures. Amway will receive exterior and interior building signage, and television, radio, print and internet promotion. “We’re pleased to generate additional revenue sources, continuing our commitment to operate a self-sustaining arena,” said Allen Johnson, City of Orlando Centroplex Director. “With more than 150 events per year, we’re confident the Amway Arena will serve as a central venue for our region’s sporting, entertainment and cultural events.” Under the proposed, 4-year naming rights agreement, the City will receive an increased net return than in year’s past. “We’re looking forward to many memorable moments ahead in Amway Arena,” said Orlando Magic Chief Operating Officer Alex Martins. “Amway represents the quality and excellence we strive for in bringing our product to our fans and stakeholders. We are excited to bring Amway on board. This is a win-win-win situation for the City of Orlando, Amway, and the Orlando Magic.” The Orlando Magic is committed to the community. Over the last 17 years, more than $13 million has been distributed to local non-profit organizations via the Orlando Magic Youth Foundation, a fund of the McCormick Tribune Foundation. Annually, Orlando Magic community relations efforts impact 75,000 kids. Ticket highlights for 2006-07 include: 9,752 seats priced $30 or under per game – the most in franchise history, a new $20 ticket in the lower bowl, and 1,963 seats priced at $10. Through NBA CARES, the league, players and teams will raise and contribute $100 million for charity, donate more than 1 million hours of hands-on volunteer service to communities worldwide, and build more than 100 places where kids can learn and play over the next five years. The arena, owned by the City of Orlando, opened in 1989 and is one of six facilities owned and operated by the City of Orlando all under the name of “The Orlando Centroplex.” Originally called the Orlando Arena, the facility was named TD Waterhouse Centre in February of 2000.

Larson appologizes to Quixtar powered Business Owners

Internet critic Scott Larsen has apologized to Jody Victor for reporting false and inaccurate information about Jody, his family and his business, information that has now been withdrawn from Larsen’s Web site. This is a milestone and, we hope, a precedent which Mr. Larsen and other critics will bear in mind in the future.

As you may recall, IBO Leaders Jody Victor and Billy Florence recently sent Mr. Larsen reasonable but strongly worded letters demanding that all of these inaccuracies be withdrawn from Larsen’s Web site and that he cease what appeared to be malicious behavior.

In response to Jody Victor’s first letter, Mr. Larsen did remove much of the offending information about Mr. Victor promptly, and then submitted a list of questions to Mr. Victor for which responses were provided in the “Jody Victor second letter” referenced below. In response to Mr. Florence’s letter, also below, Mr. Larsen made corrections to his pages, albeit without apology.

While Mr. Larsen has now issued an apology to Mr. Victor, he also continues to pepper Jody with additional questions about his business and personal life, insisting on intruding in a business with which he has had very little personal involvement. Larsen was only an IBO himself ten years ago, and for a very short period of time.

The IBOAI felt that visitors to this site, and most certainly all of our IBOs, should have access to these letters. The communications also reference and are accompanied by supporting letters from Quixtar that correct some of the inaccuracies posted by Larsen. It is also worth noting that, while Mr. Larsen claims in his responses that part of his ignorance stems from alleged Quixtar non-response to his inquiries, the fact remains that he never contacted the IBO leaders who he criticized and damaged online until they contacted him to insist on corrections. We believe that Mr. Larsen’s lack of credibility and true motives have now clearly been demonstrated and that anyone who reads his past or future allegations “should consider the source.” We also know that any IBO leader, and the IBOAI’s leadership, will always be willing to answer questions posed by those who love the business as we do – but that they would be foolish to spend vast amounts of time responding to the never-ending questions of someone who has no involvement whatsoever in the Quixtar-powered business opportunity.

IBO LEADER TAKES ON INTERNET CRITIC

IBOs everywhere, and Quixtar, have had their businesses harmed by the false and misleading information posted on the Internet by Scott Larsen, a self-appointed expert on our business who, in fact, was only an IBO for a very short period of time.

Fred Harteis's fellow IBO Leader Jody Victor has had enough of Mr. Larsen, and has sent him a reasonable but strongly worded letter demanding that all of the inaccuracies be withdrawn from his Web site and that he cease what appears to be malicious behavior. The IBOAI felt that visitors to this site, and most certainly all of our IBOs, should have access to Jody Victor's letter. The communication also references and is accompanied by a supporting letter from Quixtar that corrects some of the inaccuracies posted by Larsen.

It has come to my attention that you have made false statements concerning my family, our business and me on http://www.amquix.info.

I respect the right of anyone to express their personal opinions or provide verified and accurate information online or offline. But it is completely unacceptable to disseminate, as you have, false and damaging information about my business, my family, or me. By this letter I am informing you of the verifiable facts and insisting that you correct the record immediately.

The specific erroneous information you have posted – without ever meeting me or engaging in any discussion with me -- includes:

Your Web site includes entirely false and misleading information about my Amway/Quixtar business qualification. Please refer to the enclosed Statement from Quixtar for accurate information about my business.

Your assertions that my wife and I are periodically qualifying emeralds and that we have never had our own business "as large as crown" are entirely false and materially damaging to my family and our business.

Your allegation that I caused Amway or Quixtar to alter the family crown portrait displayed at company headquarters by having my former spouse, Linda, "retouched off the portrait" is entirely incorrect. Once again, refer to the enclosed Statement provided by Quixtar for the true and accurate facts. Linda and I were never depicted in a "family crown portrait."

Contrary to your assertions, my father did not relinquish any claim to the "American Way Association" before he died.

Your implication that I have some inappropriate means of staying "in power" and maintaining a position on the IBOAI board is reported without any substantiating fact and is completely false. There is a significant difference between stating opinion and providing information that a Web site visitor would interpret as a statement of fact, and you are further damaging my reputation and business through such innuendo.

I am continuing to review your Web site and other Internet locations for additional false and inaccurate information, and will be asking you to correct the record further if we identify such information.

Additionally, neither I nor my family members are public figures and reproduction of our photos without our permission is unlawful. Take them off your site and anywhere else you’ve posted them as well.

Let me be perfectly clear. Continued abuse of me and my family is completely intolerable and unlawful and I insist that -- by December 26, 2005 -- you remove all of the aforementioned false statements, unconfirmed information and personal photographs from your site or any other Web site or medium where they might appear. There is no flexibility in that deadline – we are aware of how easy it is to quickly correct Web pages. I also want your written confirmation – to the fax or email addresses given below – that you have completed this task.

If you do this, then we can both walk away from this without further damage. However, if you are unwilling to correct the record, then I will presume you wish to deliberately continue to cause harm. That will not put you in good standing with the laws of the United States or Germany – which has even tougher laws on libel and slander than we have in this country.

If you fail to retract the false information and correct the record, I will take whatever further action I deem necessary to obtain appropriate relief.

As I mentioned earlier, my career - especially until I reached age 45 - has been a roller coaster. I had an extraordinarily difficult time getting started in the world of sales, but after P.C. Merrell inspired me, my career took off big-time. For the next four years, my success was unbelievable.
Then I stopped growing and started swelling. The results were catastrophic. In the following five years, I was in 17 different companies. Some of those companies were just slick new deals, but others represented real opportunities. However, my ego had reached the point where I actually believed that I had the answer to everything.
If the company I was working for didn't buy into my brilliant suggestions, I said, "I don't have to put up with this!" And off I went to a company that appreciated me. As I left, I predicted failure for that company, though it may have been in business for 50 years.
Seventeen deals in five years. Many of them were "get-rich-quick" deals, but after five years, not only had I not gotten rich quickly, but I hadn't gotten rich at all. As a matter of fact, I was getting deeper and deeper into debt. Finally, I decided to do something that I had vowed that I never would do: get back into the cookware business, where I had earlier enjoyed remarkable success.
The president of the Saladmaster Corporation in Dallas made me a significant loan, bailing me out of a really tight spot, and I was back in the cookware business. I was a franchise dealer in Columbia, South Carolina. Soon after I joined the team, the division supervisor came to visit with me and offer some suggestions. He had been a preacher all his life and had gotten into the cookware business to pay his daughter's medical bills.
To be honest, I thought that I knew more about the cookware business than this man did and that I should be the supervisor. Consequently, I didn't like the fact that he was my boss, and my ego and attitude stopped me from being in much of a listening mood. However, as he talked, I realized that in the last five years I had jumped from pillar to post and had less than nothing to show for it.
One of the man's statements made a great deal of sense. He said, "Zig, you are an excellent salesman - one of the best I've seen. But your ego makes you vulnerable to being manipulated. People brag on you, feed your ego, and lead you to believe that you can do things that simply are not doable. You've tried virtually everything that's come down the pike, and your results have not been very good." Then he said, "Now, Zig, I'm going to give you some advice. It's free... And as you know, most free advice is worth about what it costs, but let me offer a suggestion: "You've set some records in this business. You've gained some national respect as a result. But, Zig, the next time one of these 'good deals' comes your way, why don't you put the blinders on. Tell the person that regardless of how attractive the offer is, you've made a commitment. You're going to stay in this business until you stabilize yourself from a financial point of view and rebuild your reputation as solid and dependable, instead of just flashy and always looking for a 'deal'. Zig, if those deals are all that good, they'll still be good a year from now. And if they're not good a year from now, they're not good now.
Though I hated to admit that I had an ego problem, I recognized the wisdom of what my supervisor was telling me. Things were tight for a number of months, but thanks to much hard work and that commitment to stabilize myself, I managed to finish fifth in the nation out of over 3,000 franchises that year. The following year, I was number one in personal sales in the United States.
Regardless of what you may think of the messenger, listen to the message. My supervisor gave me some of the best advice I've ever gotten, and over the years, we developed a genuine friendship. I would have missed a great deal had I not swallowed my ego, put my nose to the grindstone, and gotten back on sound financial ground.
I sincerely hope that hour haven't missed great opportunities because of a swollen ego, and I sincerely hope that if you have, you recognized your ego as the culprit of your demise. Nothing knocks you down a notch quicker than an inflated opinion of yourself. Don't get me wrong; being proud of your accomplishments is good, but when you start thinking that you know more than the next person, watch out!

Making Sales in Tough Times

The single best thing anyone can do in the current economic climate is to take a lesson from the Energizer Bunny and just keep going. That may not sound like the most profound advice. However, it's what is needed in all areas of our economy. Granted, it may not be as easy as it was a year or so ago when things were booming along, but business is business and it only grows when we do what we're hired to do.
Stalling or taking time to worry because things aren't as good as they were does little for you, your company or our economy. Take stock of what your current situation is, consider what the appropriate positive response needs to be, make your plan to accomplish it and TAKE ACTION!
The best way to sum up a strategy for succeeding in uncertain economic times is a very old saying, "When the going gets tough, the tough get going." When business as a whole slows down, it's nothing more than a slump. Many business people say there's little they can do to change the market and they have to just ride it out. That may be true in some cases, but there's always something you can do to make the situation better even if it's just in your little corner of the world.
Let me ask you this, where would we be if we all thought there was nothing we could do about the health of our planet? Simple awareness, and creation of the desire in millions of people to see improvement in the way we care for our planet, is showing positive signs. The gloom and doom projections for the destruction of the earth, as we know it, are being altered by you and your neighbor recycling aluminum cans, glass bottles and paper products. If you can make a difference in something as major as saving the planet, there is definitely something you can do about the effects of a business slowdown.
The key to finding success within crisis lies in how well you handle what is happening. Succeeding or failing depends on your attitude-and this is never more true than in challenging times. In the good times, we don't pay much attention to our attitudes because everything is bright and cheery. However, whether we realize it or not, challenges are constant in our lives. So, if you are to truly succeed you must keep your attitude positive even in times of crisis. In fact, most of the time we are either moving into, in or moving out of a crisis period. It's the standard cycle of life and business.
In business, the economic climate is always changing. For much of the time, the changes that take place are caused by outside factors that we're powerless to control such as the general downturn in the market or the impact of the terrorist events of September 11, 2001. However, we can control how we react to situations.
It all begins with our attitudes. If all you do is worry about the effects of what is happening today and don't begin to focus on where you'll be three to six months from now when things start turning around, you might just not be around by then.
Hone Your SkillsThe challenge with many companies and salespeople is that they tend to let themselves get inefficient in good times. They see all the great business they're doing today and fail to continue to take care of yesterday's business or prepare for tomorrow's business. They get a little loose with their expectations for efficiency and economy. They make keeping on top of the latest industry news of trends a low priority.
Then, when things get tough, it's hard for them to buckle down and become more effective. They're working from behind-playing catch up. They've lost some of their competitive edge. By competitive edge, I don't mean with the competition. I mean the competitive edge within the company-to make each department the most efficient and productive it can be tomorrow versus where it is today. I'll bet if you ask any person in your company for one idea that would save the company money or make the company run more smoothly, they would have a good idea.
We did this in our company in the business slump of the early 1980's. The cost cutting measures my team came up with were simple, yet powerfully effective and saved us a lot of money. We didn't have to make any changes in the quality of our training products or marketing efforts and our business grew through those times.
When you recognize you, personally, are in a slump, sit down and analyze what you're doing different today from when you were at your peak of performance. Good salespeople, like good businesses, keep records for every day of business and know what worked best and when. They don't just run out and randomly try new things to turn business around. They rely on their knowledge and expertise to give them a solid footing from which to test new ideas. Go back to the basics of what you were doing when the tide was high and business was booming.
This may sound self-serving, but many of our clients re-dedicate their efforts to training their people when economic times are tough. Having better-trained salespeople than the competition has is a sure way to gain the competitive edge, especially if sales opportunities are more scarce. It's like the old story of the two men competing to chop down two huge trees. One man goes at the tree like a tornado, stopping only for short breathers. The other man, however, chops away steadily, taking longer breaks to sharpen his axe. You can guess how the story turns out. The man with the sharper axe wins.
Many fortunes have been made during lean economic times of the past. Read up on some of the success stories of the past and learn from their examples. Be ready to share their ideas with your clients-truly serving their needs beyond just offering your product or service. If you serve a certain type of industry, look for business growth ideas from clients that you can share with other clients. I don't mean passing along marketing secrets, but ways the companies can economize or otherwise benefit from the experience of others.
Control Your Overhead, Maintain Your ImageOne of the most important elements in surviving a business slump is having your overhead under control. However, be careful not to be so thrifty that others get the impression that you're not doing well.
First and foremost, don't cut costs in highly visible areas if possible. If you're having a tough time, no one should be able to tell by looking at you. Continue with a high level of grooming. Take care of your briefcase and sales tools. Keep your car clean and neat. You may have to wash it yourself or hire the neighbor's kid to do it instead of having it detailed, but that's okay as long as it looks good. The point is to keep things looking good and eventually they will be good again.
In good times or bad, selling is still a numbers game. The salespeople who have the highest visibility make the most sales. If your sales ratios have dropped, you just need to see more people. Concentrate your efforts on finding new business especially from valued clients that do stay with you. If they're happy with your service, they should be happy to refer you to others.
Connect with OthersAnother key point to remember is that if you are facing tough times, chances are many of your regular customers are feeling the pinch as well. They may consider making changes in the amount of business they do with you or changing to lower quality materials or less service. Now is not the time to let that happen. No one can afford a negative hit to their image-especially when business is slow.
If potential clients have more fear, you need to be more reassuring and more persuasive. You'll have to work harder to convince them that it's your job to help them-to serve their needs and help their businesses grow. In fact, you may have to build their confidence in their own decision-making abilities before you can ever get them to the point of agreeing to a purchase. In my new book, Sell It Today, Sell It Now, we teach a system for building trust, developing the need, demonstrating how you can help, then creating a sense of urgency. We show you how to gradually increase potential clients' sales acceptance to the point where they see it's more valuable to them to own your product or service than it is to hang on to their money.
Money fears are some of the most deep-rooted ones for many people. Money represents security. You need to demonstrate security in resolving your clients' needs with your product even if it's just knowing that their challenges are being handled by a competent company.
Your best accounts should be contacted weekly during tough times. Let them know you care. Seek out positive news to share with them on each call. Let them feel you are in it with them and that they are important to you. Sticking by them in tough times builds loyalty. Then, when the economy swings back around, as it always does, who are they going to remember? You, my friend.
Timing is EverythingThe key element in dealing with all challenges, whether you see them as problems or opportunities, is timing.
Those who will succeed have a characteristic way of reacting to great challenges, which may present themselves as opportunities, problems or dangers. The succeeders set everything else aside when they believe that the right time to cope with a major challenge has arrived. Then, they put all their energy into dealing with that challenge. They face it squarely and get creative with their solutions.
Then, there are those who do the opposite. They ignore the challenge as long and as thoroughly as they can. Instead of facing the difficulty squarely, they moan and groan and waste time trying to get help where none will be forthcoming. Rather than taking action, they worry. When they finally decide which move to make, they often find the opportunity has already passed them by.
Remember, a drop of negativity is like a pebble falling into a still pool. Its impact reverberates in all directions, spreading all the way to the outward edge of the pool. Then, it comes back. All too often we forget that positive thoughts or actions work the same way. By spreading positive thoughts and performing positive acts with the people around you, they will in turn share that positive thought or attitude with those they meet. Just like the pebble, the "positivity" spreads out until you, as an individual, have made a powerful, affect on something that you once thought was a problem too large for one person to make a dent in.

And best of all, the rewards of your actions will come back to you multiplied.

IBOAI Partners to Provide Hurricane Katrina Relief

IBOs, Quixtar Inc., and Alticor Corp. have already contributed more than $1 million, says IBOAI Past President Fred Harteis.

The Independent Business Owners Association International (IBOAI or IBOA International), thanks Independent Business Owners (IBOs) for their continuing support of Hurricane Katrina relief efforts. “Our members’ broad-based generosity includes contributing to the American Red Cross through Quixtar.com,” notes Harteis.

“IBOs powered by Quixtar are deeply saddened by the tremendous loss suffered in the region tragically struck by Hurricane Katrina,” says Fred Harteis. “The disaster affected more than 3,500 members of our trade association who reside in the Gulf region, so we are very motivated to do whatever we can to help,” adds Harteis.

“To date, our Independent Business Owner members have contributed more than $130,000 to the American Red Cross at Quixtar.com. The company will match all contributions up to $250,000, so we’re more than halfway there,” says Fred Harteis. “IBOs have been contributing in many ways to the relief efforts. One recent IBO event raised more than $270,000 for relief efforts. Donations continue to pour in,” says Fred Harteis.

“In addition to Quixtar Inc’s match grant program, the company contributed $250,000 to support the efforts of four relief organization,” explains Fred Harteis. “Also, the company sent numerous truckloads of product through International Aid, another relief organization.

"We continue to hold all the victims of Hurricane Katrina and their families in our thoughts and prayers," says Fred Harteis.

What made you write the book originally?

Water Purification System

On our recent vacation, we traveled with friends and an "extra traveling companion", our E-Spring water purification system. There were eight of us total, four adults and 4 children. That added up to a lot of water bottles! We took the counter top hook-up and in less than five minutes, the system was up and running, giving us great tasting water! I am continually learning that mediocrity is not acceptable. “Average is the best of the worst and the worst of the best”, a quote from Fred Harteis. Speaking of not average, Fred Harteis retired at a very early age and claimed his financial independence. Most people would have stopped there, because most people are average. Fred and Linda Harteis decided that their financial independence was only a starting point. Their vision was to help a lot of other people climb the mountain that they had already climbed. By that one decision, they became “mountain climbing coaches”, so to speak. I met Fred and Linda Harteis when they were already on top of the mountain, and I was at the very bottom. For no other reason than the love they have in their hearts and their belief that no one is average, people just have habits that give them average results. They took my wife and I by the hand and helped us climb our own mountain. Today we enjoy financial independence, but more importantly, we recognize that we too have the responsibility to teach others how to climb their mountain. "Winning is not a sometime thing; it's an all the time thing. You don't win once in a while; you don't do things right once in a while; you do them right all the time. Winning is a habit. Unfortunately, so is losing.
There is no room for second place. There is only one place in my game, and that's first place. I have finished second twice in my time at Green Bay, and I don't ever want to finish second again. There is a second place bowl game, but it is a game for losers played by losers. It is and always has been an American zeal to be first in anything we do, and to win, and to win.
Every time a football player goes to ply his trade he's got to play from the ground up—from the soles of his feet right up to his head. Every inch of him has to play. Some guys play with their head. That's O.K. You've got to be smart to be number one in any business. But more importantly, you've got to play with your heart, with every fiber of your body. If you're lucky enough to find a guy with a lot of head and a lot of heart, he's never going to come off the field second.
Running a football team is no different than running any other kind of organization—an army, a political party or a business. The principles are the same. The object is to win—to beat the other guy. Maybe that sounds hard or cruel. I don't think it is.
It is a reality of life that men are competitive and the most competitive games draw the most competitive men. That's why they are there—to compete. To know the rules and objectives when they get in the game. The object is to win fairly, squarely, by the rules—but to win.
And in truth, I've never known a man worth his salt who in the long run, deep down in his heart, didn't appreciate the grind, the discipline. There is something in good men that really yearns for discipline and the harsh reality of head to head combat.
I don't say these things because I believe in the "brute" nature of man or that men must be brutalized to be combative. I believe in God, and I believe in human decency. But I firmly believe that any man's finest hour—his greatest fulfillment to all he holds dear—is that moment when he has to work his heart out in a good cause and he's exhausted on the field of battle—victorious."

Dexter Yager: True, Billy. Rich (Richard M) DeVos was born March 4, 1926, in Grand Rapids, Mich. He attended Calvin College in Grand Rapids and married a Grand Rapids girl. Billy, did you know that Rich is a veteran?

Billy Florence: Yes, Dexter, I do remember that. Rich and I served in the same branch of service. Rich served in the US Air Force from 1944 to 1946. My service was begun several decades later. Rich has a birthday coming up. Believe he’ll be 81.

Dex, I was recently reading Pat Williams book about Rich, “How to Be like Rich DeVos, and saw your insightful comment about building a business from the beginning.

Dexter Yager: Rich and Jay built their business from scratch. They did it the hard way. They know what it’s like to be poor. It’s impossible to replace that experience. That’s what I did, too, and that’s what I told Pat in his book.

Billy Florence: Speaking of experience. Rich shares many of his experiences in his three books. Did you have a favorite?

Dexter Yager: I’ve enjoyed all three of the books Rich has written: BELIEVE!, Compassionate Capitalism and Hope From My Heart: Ten Lessons for Life. It would be hard to pick a favorite.

Billy Florence: Dex, my favorite might be the most recent one, Hope From My Heart . It describes the life-changing experience of Rich’s heart transplant at age 71, and imparts ten lessons for life.

Dexter: Good point, Billy. The life lessons in this book are important at any life stage. Rich covers subjects like persistence, confidence, optimism, respect and faith.

If you plan to succeed over the long term, I’d strongly suggest that you live your life with the goal of being known as a person of character.

We have been in business for over 30 years and as time passes we find people who break trust don’t last. At BizNet Productions we believe that honor, character and integrity are of far greater value than profit or growth. Enron executives found out the hard way.

The test we must pass daily is when we look in the mirror and can face that person with pride and peace we are on the right track,

Your word is your worth and your worth is your word. Today we have so many frivolous lawsuits clogging the court system because of people who refuse to accept responsibility.

At BizNet Productions we focus on giving more than we expect to get in return and treat people better than we would like to be treated. It takes years to develop trust but we can lose trust in a split second. Whether it is winning in sports and breaking the rules, or winning in business by cheating. All is lost if we break the rules.

Some people feel being clever is the answer, through manipulating people or figures. The short-term gain will not satisfy the long-term pain.

The word “values” is used frequently in politics and in our culture. It is more than a word it is a way of life; it’s a habit to live and show through our example not just our speech.
